The Pointe-Nord master plan was inspired by world-class international urban planners including The Sasaki Group of Boston, SWA of San Francisco, and James Chang of Vancouver. Their concepts were integrated into the final master plan by the Quebec firms Project Paysage, Lemay Michaud and Jean-Pierre Bart with input from WAA.
Every aspect of the neighbourhood, from the layout of the streets, the placement of buildings and the treatment of slopes and grades have been carefully thought out so as to maximize the wonderful views of the river and of the downtown skyline throughout the site.
Pointe Nord was planned as a mixed-use residential and commercial community based on eco-friendly principles and will include townhouses, condominium towers and lofts, the first of which is Zuni Condos+Lofts.
You might as well leave your car parked in your building's underground garage, because the neighbourhood is laid out so that you can do everything on foot - boutique stores, restaurant terraces and riverfront parks are all there at your door step.
Point-Nord - a great place to live in harmony with your values.
